The part-time MBA was a memorable experience, and I met many outstanding professionals at Wits. I would particularly like to mention Mike Pycraft, who lectured one of my favourite subjects (Operations) and who was a mentor and sounding board in the early days of me starting my business. Mike is sadly no longer with us, but will always be remembered.

I graduated in 2014. The course had a positive impact on my life, especially in business and in the working environment in general. I had an amazing experience at WBS – the lectures were very good. I especially remember Professor Ron Walter.
“The MBA was indeed an occasion in my life!” I remember Buzz, the resident cat, who often adopted interesting poses at the front of the lecture theater while grooming himself. Mark Addleson once commented during an Economics lecture, “Cats have no sense of occasion!” The MBA was indeed an occasion in my life!
The MAP programme shaped my thinking and provided me with a platform to challenge myself. The programme also enhanced my business acumen and leadership competencies including how to be a well-balanced individual.
Wits Business School sculpted the leadership skills in me during my MMFI program. Still sculpting, as I complete my PhD this year.
