The MAP program opened my understanding to the meaning of management/leadership. It helped me learn how to apply what I learnt and I continue to apply it to date. It has given me the confidence to apply for leadership roles and I have received a leadership role now. It has given me the ability to join other women who are showing the world that we have the ability and the capability to be leaders. I am coming back for my MBA and PhD for sure.
